Laura Cuthbertson, MSM has specialized in providing performance solutions to clients since 1990. She holds an MS in Management and Organizational Leadership and has 20+ years of management and leadership experience in people development and organizational effectiveness.
As a seasoned senior and front-line manager, Laura has demonstrated a proven ability to set vision, to articulate strategy and to translate strategy into achievable goals. She has consulted in the public, private and education sectors and combines her expertise as a senior manager, leader, adult educator in delivering customized training programs & workshops.
She utilizes her strong facilitation skills and experience in organizational effectiveness, strategic planning and strategic change management in facilitating results driven strategic and tactical planning workshops.
