Barbara Wilkinson is a Senior Consultant with Framework Partners Inc. and brings over 25 years of experience in planning and the management of complex environments involving strategic planning, restructuring, operational delivery, change management and effective use of resources.Barbara has proven success in the effective planning and delivery of projects for clients and organizations within various sectors including healthcare, social services and capital development.
Barbara is known for her ability to build effective teams, organizational capacity and to transition strategy into action. She has a passion for quality and performance improvement and has developed the strategy and led the implementation of quality agendas and performance measurement development in several large scale organizations. She has the ability to build strong partnerships and is noted as a leader of change and innovation.
Barbara also has extensive experience in capital development, from developing the strategy with the board, to leading the program development, design, budgeting, construction and operational planning for effective completion.
Barbara utilizes her diverse background from various industries to provide clients with streamlined solutions to meet their needs. She also is a national healthcare surveyor and gives back to the community by volunteering with several organizations.
